Educations Responsibility Toward An Intelligent Future

One of the major matters along the educational process, particularly at school, but also within the family system and the whole collective experience of the student, should be the investigation regarding the reason why: People… among people… generate nervousness

The whole educational process should strictly avoid all forms of competition… without hiding the unfortunate existence of competition of course… but rather activating a profound inquiry… a potent study and a radical understanding of the very reason why competition exists

An educative process that educates to repeat “what has been”… an educative system that educates the assimilation of knowledge while repressing free thought is merely an educator of violence and mental closure… as well is simply responsible for the disintegration of what every educative process is supposed to accomplish: The gentle but intense, progressive but radical awakening of intelligence… individually and collectively.

We may have the whole knowing of the universe, but for so many of us the mind is confused… fundamentally tired, nervous and frightened…

Examinations, repetitions, memorization, dependency of ambitions, imitation and so on ..can perhaps create social progress… technologically, legally, industrially, financially, socially… but psychologically all of these methods can only create great misery, as well mental illnesses…

Considering the massive confusion, especially nowadays, isn’t perhaps confusion a matter of massive relevance? So why confusion is not discussed at school? Why confusion is not faced by the family, by the society, by the collective?

Rather than the search for amusements, entertainments, or the act of clinging to this and that stratagem, whether religious, pseudo-religious-sectarian, social, spiritual, civil and so on, to the guru, the ethical living, the morality, the “normal way”, the priest, the oracle, the speaker, the “soul mate” and so on… whatever it is…

In a world of psychological confusion, the responsibility falls on the individual, the individual represents the future society… regardless if he cares about the society or not. If the individual is a perfect parrot, but a confused mind, that delegates the whole understanding of “how one should live” to external parameters, what kind of society would we expect from tomorrow?

The detoxification of the individual intelligence should be the pillar of each educative system… as well the primary individual responsibility

There is nothing that can teach us how to develop free thinking… that would be tragicomically stupid… but the whole educative and cognitive field, from the family, through the school, up to society… should teach how to preserve the free thinking… constantly… and so it should proceed in the individual…
