Total insecurity is the end of fear

If all we know of security is our idea of security does security exist?

If not can we discard our ideas about security? Be rid of the fantasy once and for all?

Where will we be then? Could we stand it? With no stories to tell ourselves, no comfortable blankets of safety, of saviors? Could we stare utter insecurity in the face and say, “I accept you.”? If so would we not at last step into the realm of reality?

I think this is the first light of independence, the first step toward freedom, to live comfortably in total insecurity is the end of fear.

All else is anguish
