Understanding what bothers us

To get to the point of a situation that bothers us, we must first understand why that bother us … and what method could be more efficient than Attentiveness and observation?

Attentiveness and observation of our thoughts, emotions, reactions, interactions … the relationship with our mind beyond thoughts … and thoughts…

Take frustration. When that particular emotion arrives we immediately try to get rid of it, by doing something. But what if we look at the root of frustration instead of trying to solve it … Why the constant necessity to fix everything, to give an answer, an end, a conclusion… Enlightment is a good example: A state of bliss, serenity, abundance, calmness, successful, love… etc etc etc … that we can access if we are enough aligned, energized, blessed, connected… Could be the most beautiful sunset you ever seen… But it becomes the night.. and another sunset.. Why preserve a state so hard?

Are we so afraid of the unknown? Of the next sunset? Why? Do you think that could be better of worse? Why to compare an unexisted possibility? Chasing… keeping states… is violence for the mind. Like Keeping the body younger, prettier, with surgery is violence for the body… an escapism, control mechanism. Escape from thinking, observing or being attentive…

Because it’s easier just following recipes and formulas… Then come gurus, spiritual leaders, dictators, governants… etc etc etc… We give up with our mind but they have no solution… These people exist because they have followers … followers who follows the beliefs of their leader and do whatever it takes to make their doctrine bigger and more powerful. Is like religion, new era, light workers, the “Movementarians”, government, education… Any structure of ideas… A new package of believes, behaviors, to download in your brain.

That is the real Resistance… not wanting to see, to feel, to understand… is Negligence… the Escapism of or own symptoms…
